◆ Preliminary budget

Once the project is defined, the framework and functions of the next steps are set. A good beginning is half done. It is a process of identification, analysis and deletion to find the best solution. We focus on overall equipment and production issues, determine performance requirements, summarize operational information, resulting in a complete production line and budget. So we can come up with an availability scheme. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

◆ Quotation

Once the project is finalized, a quote can be obtained. The information provided shall include general overview, description of quotation requirements, technical requirements and description of the system, equipment performance and others. This enables you to make a fair judgment on parts and quotations, systems and manufacturers when choosing a partner.

◆ Design

Once the contents of the quotation are determined, the engineering team will officially take over. Regular meetings between engineering managers, sales staff and principals are used to understand all the details and get a final set of documents. Documents are reviewed for use in manufacturing and field work.

◆ Procurement

Most of the equipment is self-selected to ensure compatibility and facilitate the project schedule. This is more conducive to shorten the lead time and fast delivery.

◆ Manufacturing

Approved documentation is the basis for manufacturing, and all off-site equipment is certified by our quality control experts to comply with strict regulations. Regular inspections are conducted to ensure that sub-suppliers also meet the required quality standards.

◆ Test and check

All systems are checked according to the usual protocol. If you follow your own method of inspection, we can also arrange for you.

◆ Delivery and equipment start-up

Based on many years of experience, the installation procedure will facilitate the start-up and commissioning of the equipment. During the installation and commissioning of the equipment, our engineers will go to the site to give guidance, and test and check the equipment project. These results will be submitted to the Buyer's representative for review and upon acceptance will indicate acceptance of the system.

◆ Training

Operators will be trained prior to installation and equipment start-up. The training may be on-site explanation and operation and maintenance training.

◆ Maintenance Service

In order to ensure normal production, maintenance and spare parts can be provided by Longqiang company. We can draw up maintenance service agreements for a single machine, several lines or an entire plant. This may be part of the original contract, or it can be negotiated at a later stage when the equipment is first put into operation.
